As a provider of hosting services within the meaning of the EU Digital Services Act, we are responsible for our own content under applicable law. We are under no general obligation to monitor the information that users transmit or store, or to actively seek facts indicating illegal activity (Art. 8 DSA). Upon obtaining actual knowledge of illegal content, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it (Art. 6 DSA).
Our service contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control and for which we accept no responsibility; the respective provider or operator of the linked pages is responsible for their content.

Content created by the operator is protected under Estonian copyright law (Autoriõiguse seadus) and applicable EU law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. User-generated content remains the copyright of its authors, who grant the operator a licence in accordance with the Terms of Service.
